D.1) Information

Thank you for buying our courses on MCoreta. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is  self-paced training or an instructor-led or mixed training.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on MCoreta, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.


D.2)Our Cancellation & refund policy is as follows:-

Raise refund request within 24-hours/1-Day of purchase of course via email to "hr@mcoreta.com". Any refund request received beyond 24-hours/1-day of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. The user request shall have information such as UserID (MCoreta), Name, Phone number, Alternate phone number, course purchased, mode of payment, reason in brief for cancellation or refund.


D.3)Refunds for Duplicate payment:-

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7-working-days post intimation by the customer/user via email to "hr@mcoreta.com" and is approved in reply by MCoreta.

D.4)Refund Process Duration:- 

All refunds will be processed within "7-working-days" after the refund request received via email to "hr@mcoreta.com" and is approved in reply by MCoreta .

D.5)Policy Changes:-

MCoreta reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
